Withdrawal of Consent
If you change your mind after giving permission for the language centre to use your photo, you may withdraw your consent.
If you inform us that you no longer wish a photo to be displayed, for example on our website, we will remove it as soon as possible.
Withdrawal of consent only applies going forward. If the photo has been used in printed materials, it can only be removed when those materials are reprinted.

Photos Taken During Teaching or Activities at the Language Centre
In some cases, we take photos during teaching or activities at the language centre, which we share publicly on our social media channels or websites.
Whenever possible, we inform students in advance and provide the opportunity to opt out of appearing in photos.
If you become aware that Sprogcenter Vejle or Sprogcenter Fredericia is using a photo that you do not wish to be publicly available, please contact us by email, and we will remove it as soon as possible. If the photo has been used in printed materials, it can only be removed when those materials are reprinted.

The legal basis for our processing of personal data in the form of photos is consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a), (e), and (f), and Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
