Danish Online
Learn Danish Online - when and where it suits you best.
If you are unable to attend our scheduled classes, Danish Online is your opportunity to learn Danish - in the most flexible way possible.
Danish Online is scheduled individually, and you are in contact with your teacher every week.
You will receive a written assignment each week, which your teacher then will correct and give feedback to. You will mainly work with written tasks and receive written feedback, but once a month there is an online lesson via Google Meet.
All teaching takes place online through our learning platform, Edulife, and Google Drive – so you can learn Danish whenever and wherever it suits you.
You can learn Danish Online, if you:
- are enrolled in The Danish Education Programme 2 or 3 (DU2 or DU3)
- cannot attend day, evening, or Saturday classes
- are comfortable using a computer and using new online platforms
- can work independently for about 4–6 hours per week
Online lessons on Google Meet
Once a month, you meet with your teacher online via Google Meet.
This is your chance to practise your spoken Danish through communicative exercises and interaction with your teacher.
Your teacher will schedule your Google Meet session with you and send you an email with a Google Meet link.
When you study through Danish Online, you may also make use of our Study Center at Sprogcenter Vejle as much as you'd like.
In our Study center, a teacher is always available to help you with your exercises. This is also your chance to meet fellow students and practice speaking Danish.
Opening hours of our Study Center:
Monday - Thursday: 8.00 - 11.15 am
& Wednesday: 5.00 - 7.30 pm
Find us at Sprogcenter Vejle, Damhaven 13A, 7100 Vejle, in room D18.
